我公司參建的江蘇省無錫市惠聯垃圾焚燒熱電提標擴容項目煙氣凈化工程通過168小時試運行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project, of which Huaxing East participated the construction, for Huilian Waste incineration plant expansion Wuxi, Jiangsu passed 168 hours of trial operation.
該項目建設2×850t/d 機械爐排爐，配2×18MW抽凝式汽輪機+2×20MW發電機組。煙氣處理采用SNCR+SDA+干粉噴射+活性炭吸附+布袋除塵器+低溫SCR，其中SDA系統為我司參與供貨，并由我司提供工藝設計和性能保證，其保障了項目SO2、HCL的指標排放，為我司EP工程。
The project applied 2× 850 t/d mechanical grate furnace and 2×18 MW pumping turbine + 2×20MW generators. The FGC adopted SNCR + SDA + lime injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag house filter + low-temperature SCR, in which SDA system is supplied by Huaxing East. Huaxing East also provided process design and performance guarantee, which ensures the target emission of SO2 and HCL of the project. It is an EP project of Huaxing East.
