我公司承建的湖北省武漢市千子山循環經濟產業園生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2022年12月09日通過72+24小時試運行。 The FGC project undertaken by HXET for waste-to-energy plant in Qianzishan circular economy industrial park, Wuhan Hubei, passed 72+24 hours of trial operation on December 9, 2022.
該項目建設總處理規模為1500t/d，建設2x750t/d的生活垃圾焚燒爐和1x35MW的凝汽式汽輪機+1x40MW的發電機組及其配套設施。煙氣處理采用“SNCR（非我司合同范圍內）+半干法（Ca（OH）2）＋干法（碳酸氫鈉）+活性炭噴射＋袋式除塵器+低溫SCR+催化劑（三菱重工）”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設備供貨工程。 The treatment capacity of the plant is 1500 t/d. A set of 2x750 t/d waste incinerator, 1x35 MW condensing steam turbine, 1x40 MW generator, and supporting facilities will be constructed. The FGC adopts the process of "SNCR (not within the scope of contractor) + semi-dry with Ca(OH)2 + dry method with sodium bicarbonate + activated carbon injection + bag filter + low-temperature SCR + catalyst from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries". It is an equipment supply project of Huaxing.
